Executive Chef LONNIE STEPHENSON
Lonnie was born and raised in a small town in Arizona where he developed a passion for food in his Grandmother’s kitchen. At the age of 12 Lonnie got his first job washing dishes in a family owned restaurant on weekends. He started to cook shortly thereafter and began to develop his career. He attended culinary school at New England Culinary Institute and later Business School at the University of Phoenix. Lonnie has spent the majority of his career in hotels and most recently at Aria Resort in Las Vegas. Through all of his experience in this business Lonnie says, “I have never found such an intriguing concept as exists here at edgar’s grille and am glad to be a new part of something so special.”
